By train: Vienna’s main station (Wien Hauptbahnhof) connects to international destinations including Budapest, Prague, Munich, and Zurich.

By bus: Long-distance bus services (e.g. Flixbus, RegioJet) arrive at the Vienna International Busterminal (VIB).

Public transport in Vienna:
Vienna has an excellent and integrated public transport system operated by Wiener Linien, including metro (U-Bahn), trams and buses. Tickets can be bought at stations, online or via the WienMobil app. A 72-hour Vienna transport ticket or Wiener Linien single tickets are valid across all modes.
